Dr. Vicente Roques Escolar is an expert Anesthesiologist, Coordinator of an important Pain Unit in Murcia. He has worked in prestigious public and private hospitals as a specialist in the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation.  

In addition, he has held management positions in different official bodies of the specialty in the region, as in the European Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain, ESRA Spain, where he is Vice President. He has also founded, together with other medical specialists, the Mediterranean Institute of Regional Anesthesia and Pain, a non-profit center whose purpose is the dissemination, disclosure and research of issues concerning Regional Anesthesia and Pain. 

Due to his interest in teaching he has taught more than thirty courses in Regional Anesthesia and has taken advantage of technology and social media to disseminate through his Youtube channel the most advanced techniques of anesthesia, especially those directed with ultrasound, with simple anatomical descriptions to make easier the approach of any regional technique, aimed at health professionals.
