The Doctor in Educational Psychology Noelia Carbonell Bernal with the program of Bullying Prevention from the Promotion of Emotional Intelligence through the Use of Online Environments in Primary and Secondary School Students has developed a reputable career as an educational counselor.  

Her extensive experience in this area has led her to teach the Master's Degree in Educational Psychology and the IIMM Master's Degree in Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education in prestigious universities, as well as various programs and professional certificates, writing the contents of the same.  

She has participated as a speaker in many national and international conferences, among which highlights her participation in the XXXII International Congress of Spanish Professionals in America, making the communication on the New Educational Scenarios of the XXI Century and the Communication on Stimulation of Emotional Intelligence as Prevention of Bullying Phenomenon in Student Victims in the International Congress of Psychology and Education of INFAD.
