Having deepened in many surgical techniques such as retroperitoneoscopy, as well as specializing in the areas of Urology and Urodynamics, Dr. Ivan Somoza Argibay accumulates a reputable career in the pediatric field. Thus, he is the Coordinator of the Pediatric Urology and Urodynamics Unit of the University Hospital Complex of La Coruña, having also carried out tasks of direction of resident students in the University Hospital Complex of A Coruña.

His academic knowledge is extensive and ranges from Initial Pediatric Trauma Care to Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Incontinence and various branches of Urology and Urodynamics. In addition, he has completed several international Fellowships, especially highlighting his time at the Medical Research Centre in Dublin.
