Maximiliano Navascués Rojo is a Civil Engineer and Professional Master's Degree in Tunnels and Underground Works, with more than 15 years of experience in the large construction sector, in construction management in Civil Engineering projects and concessions of all types: high speed, tunnels, subways, housing development and maintenance works in first level multinational companies.
He has been responsible for economic objectives and project schedules, as well as the search for potential projects. He is noted for negotiating with public and private clients, and has been directly managing highly qualified teams, thanks to his leadership skills, adapting to new environments and complex situations.
Among his most recent projects to highlight is the operational performance and maintenance of two of the main wastewater treatment plants in Madrid, the SG20 Anillo de Segovia Road with Puente de Arco, the interconnection tunnel between Chamartín and Atocha stations for the AVE (7 Km with EPB under the center of Madrid); maintenance of the 48 km long M30 urban ring road in Madrid and the Concession of the Paseo de la Dirección (HD) Urbanization, among others.
