Dr. Marlhyn Valero Perez is a renowned specialist in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. During her more than 15 years of dedication to the promotion of health through proper nutrition, she has worked in various fields of this sector, the most prevalent being Eating Disorders. However, she has intervened in the nutritional guidance of children, young people, adults and the elderly, as well as in the clinical management of physiological deficiencies caused by diseases such as cancer, diabetes or obesity.  

On the other hand, research has been one of her strong points. After completing her doctorate and publishing her thesis, she has continued along this path through various studies carried out in organizations of international prestige such as the Nutrition and Food Research Group or the Resources Commission of the Professional Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists of the Community of Madrid.
