With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. María Luisa Pérez Guerrero has developed a recognized research career in the area of Public and Labor Law. This jurist began her research on the prevention of labor risks in Temporary Employment Companies. In fact, it became one of the works that has received the greatest impact in the scientific community in this field. Later on, he would delve into the illegal assignment of workers and Autonomous Community Law, participating in a research project on the Reform of the Statutes of Autonomy.
Also, a few years later, he would focus his research on Sports Law, analyzing the labor nature of the special relationship of sportsmen and sportswomen and the indemnified termination of employment contracts. Other of the most interesting contributions of this Doctor of Law would revolve around the out-of-court settlement of disputes in the public sector or the analysis of new forms of discrimination in employment. In this way, she has a valuable research background that she has combined with university teaching.
