María Nuño García is a Nurse Specialized in Mental Health, who has accumulated experience in dealing with adolescent and adult patients, with high capacities to help the patient to assimilate a particularly complex diagnosis such as, for example, that of Cancer. Throughout her career, she has worked in the Emergency Department of the Gregorio Marañón University Hospital and in the Adult Psychiatry Short Hospitalization Unit of the 12 de Octubre University Hospital.  

As for her work with younger people, she has worked in the Medium Stay Unit for Adolescents with Severe Mental Disorder in the Community of Madrid, which has allowed her to broaden her health vision and enrich her professional skills.
