Melissa Moreno is a professional in nutrition and dietetics with solid knowledge in healthy eating and diabetes.
Her great knowledge in the area has led her to collaborate as a laboratory technician in a renowned university and to practice as a nutritionist on her own account. She has also combined her work as a nutritionist with research and writing, with multiple publications, including the article "El rol de la nutrición en la enfermedad por coronavirus" (The Role of Nutrition in Coronavirus Disease) and with the authorship of the book and her own book Healthy Eating and Carbohydrate Counting for People with Type I Diabetes.
