His great mastery of the most advanced surgical techniques has been achieved through continuous updating of his skills and by undergoing one of the most prestigious surgical training in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery: The Shoulder and Elbow International Fellowship, in Dallas, Texas, USA with Dr. Wayne Burkhead, Jr.  

At the same time, his leadership skills led him to become head of the Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Division at the Luis Pasteur Belgrano Medical Center and head of the Shoulder Team at the Spanish Hospital in Buenos Aires. He has combined his work with teaching and scientific research.
