Throughout an extensive career spanning more than two decades of clinical practice, Dr. Oscar Alonso Casado has accumulated extensive experience in the area of General and Digestive Oncologic Surgery. His areas of specialty are multiple, especially highlighting the following Hepatobiliopancreatic Surgery, Esophagogastric Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery and Robotic Surgery.
In fact, he holds the position of Chief of Hepatobiliopancreatic Surgery at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid, the first international affiliate of the Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. His extensive experience in the field of Robotic Surgery has allowed him to obtain certification for the Da Vinci robotic system, carrying out specific training in different hospitals in the United States and Europe.
