José Luis Almenara Rodríguez is an Industrial Technical Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in the technical management of spaces of various uses, preparation of technical reports, supervision of maintenance services, cost control in spare parts, improvement proposals, preparation of comparative, monitoring and implementation of Energy Efficiency Plan, with notable experience in hospital facilities. 

He has developed his activity in the civil works sector, highlighting his role as head of quality and environment in linear works, as well as the facultative and executive management of the MEP facilities of a large project in Almeria, a unique work of reference in this territory. In this context, he stands out with the position of MEP Constructor Manager of the company PGI Engineering & Consulting.  

In addition, from his professional work he has also dedicated particular interest to the training of other professionals from his own experience and extensive academic training in Energy Certification, Photovoltaic Solar Energy or Water Management and Control, being part as a collaborator of various postgraduate educational programs.
