Mr. Manuel Toscano is a Technical Engineer in Energy Resources, Fuels and Explosives, with a degree in Mining Exploitation from the University of Huelva, and has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the sector.

After graduating in Geological Sciences, he continued his training to dedicate himself to the Engineering Area in which he has worked in important national and international projects financed by the Spanish Government and the European Union, from Andalusia to other territories.

In addition, he has dedicated an important part of his career to research and authoring publications and contributions in the field of Important Energy Resources, not only for Spain but for the world.
