Mr. José Rodríguez García has worked as a lawyer in leading law firms, where he has focused his work on Legal and Tax Advice in Sports. His extensive knowledge of this world led him to be Secretary General of the Professional Cycling Council and President of the Professional Cyclists Association. 

During his extensive professional career, he has continued his training in the legal field, even obtaining a Doctorate in Law. A facet that has also led him to perform teaching functions in academic institutions.
