With extensive studies in the improvement of Nursing Services for Heart Failure, Operating Room and Resuscitation Units, as well as Out-of-Hospital Emergencies, Mónica Pérez Serrano is an outstanding Nursing professional at the Hospital Clínico San Rafael in Madrid, where she works specifically in the Heart Failure Unit.
