Specialist in Alternative Masculinities, Psychologist and Sexologist Iñaki Lajud Alastrué throughout his professional career has carried out intervention with gender aggressors in prisons, coordinated reflection groups with men for the questioning of privileges and breaking of roles of traditional masculinity. 

His more than 15 years in the field of Gender Equality, with a special focus on men and how differential education specifically affects masculinity, have made him a reference in this field. Likewise, Lajud Alastrué has developed his career as a teacher, teaching other expert professionals.
