Dr. Ainhoa Esteve Arrien is a strong advocate of Geriatric Medicine as a response of health services to the challenges of the 21st century. Her passion for medicine and clinical practice in elderly patients is evident throughout her professional and academic career. 

Therefore, Geriatrics, Palliative Care and Health Management have been the main areas of interest of Esteve Arrien, who is part of a first level hospital center in Spain and occupies part of his time to clinical research. An area that has allowed him to coordinate the falls study group of the Spanish Society of Geriatric Medicine.
