Dr. Alba Esperanza Barrios is a Pneumologist with extensive experience in dealing with different respiratory pathologies, including SARS-CoV-2. Her healthcare activity has been developed in a reference hospital in Spain, a health center that during the pandemic caused by the coronavirus created a monitoring unit for affected patients of which Esperanza Barrios was a member. 

Esperanza Barrios' tireless work in this unit, as well as in her daily practice, make her a first class professional, who has also dedicated part of her time to teaching healthcare personnel in the Continuing Medical Education Course on Asthma.
