More than 25 years of professional development within the Veterinary Field endorse Dr. María del Pilar Xifra Rubio. Specialized in Nuclear Medicine, in 2016 she founded the first service specialized in Gammagraphy Diagnosis and Radioactive Iodine Treatment of Cats with Hyperthyroidism (IODOCAT), the only authorized center in Radioactive Iodine treatment of Feline Hyperthyroidism in Spain.

He has made several stays at the Animal Endocrine Clinic in New York, under the supervision of the renowned Dr. Mark. E. Peterson. She has also attended as a speaker at multiple national and international congresses and programs on Feline Endocrinology and is a member of the International Society of Feline Medicine and the Group of Feline Medicine Specialists of the AVEPA.
