With more than 2 decades of experience, he has established himself as a true scientific authority thanks to his numerous studies on the role of microorganisms in the human body and their impact on chronic inflammatory bowel diseases. In particular, his work has revolutionized medical understanding of this organ, often referred to as the "second brain."
