With an outstanding experience in different public administrations, Ms. Beatriz García San Gabino has developed a respected professional career in relevant positions of responsibility. She has been Head of the Departments of Projects, Rehabilitation of Green Areas and Parks of the Madrid City Council. It is in this same entity where she also held the position of General Director of Water Management and Green Areas, with competencies in the protection, conservation, improvement and restoration of green areas and landscaped spaces. 

She has also held responsibilities as Technical Advisor to the Juan Carlos I Park in Madrid, advising on matters relating to the creation and conservation of green areas, parks and gardens at the municipal level. Her academic career is not without success either, being a specialist in Silvopasciculture with advanced studies in City Sciences and Public Policy Management and Analysis.
