The study of Malignant Myocardial Fibrosis in heart failure marked the research and clinical career of Dr. María del Rocío Eiros Bachiller. The interest of this cardiologist for the alterations in cardiac function has led her to specialize in this field, being a regular professional in national and international congresses focused on this area. 

An active member of the Spanish Society of Cardiology, her closeness to the patient and her skills as a communicator have helped her to bring the latest advances in this specialty closer to the public. A knowledge that she also transmits with excellence in the areas where she teaches.
