After graduating as a Physician from the University of Valladolid and specializing in Pediatrics, Dr. Roberto Velasco Zúñiga has dedicated all his efforts to provide quality service to his patients from the Pediatric Emergency Unit of the University Hospital Río Hortega in Valladolid, also completing a Master's Degree in Management and Methodology of Quality and Safety in Health Care. 

This is the origin of his most important publications on Primary Care of Pediatric Patients in Febrile Processes. From his educational vein, he has developed as a University Professor and author of several publications, among which stands out the book Pediatría básica para padres (Basic Pediatrics for Parents), a disclosure within the best reviewed in its sector. 

In addition, Dr. Velasco has stood out for his participation in several clinical research networks, both national and international, and has been a speaker at important congresses and scientific committees of the Spanish Society of Pediatric Emergencies.
