Dr. Dolores Muñoz is a specialist in Biological Sciences and Pharmacy with extensive experience as a teacher of Analytical Chemistry. She has developed several lines of research focused on the search for active principles of natural origin with application to the pharmaceutical and health field.  

He is in charge of a research group on natural products and, in this field, he collaborates with related groups of several scientific and university institutions. She has written more than 30 scientific articles and has been recognized with several awards, such as that of the Academy of Pharmacy of Castilla y León; the Prize for the best initiative awarded by Correo Farmacéutico for the book Manual de Fitoterapia; and the Balmis Prize for the best communication at the II European Congress of Undergraduate Research in Health Sciences, among others.
