Dr. Aníbal Enrique Fernández Mayer has devoted his professional career to Animal Production Research, especially dairy production, focusing his studies in this field and also being a consultant for private companies in the sector. 

This agronomist has become a reference in his field thanks to his research carried out at INTA and his professional work as a technician at the Agricultural Experimental Station. This has led him to participate in national and international congresses focused on animal nutrition.
