Dr. Luisa Fernanda León Ramírez is an outstanding specialist in Nuclear Medicine with a solid career in both national and international hospitals. During most of her career she has focused her attention on children's medical care

In addition to her focus on Nuclear Medicine, she has developed expertise in Radioguided Surgery and has collaborated in hospital units specializing in Nephrourology and Nuclear Neurology, as well as in the study of Osteoarticular Pathology and Nuclear Inflammatory-Infectious Pathology

In addition, she has not only dedicated herself to clinical practice, but also ventured into teaching, being coordinator of the subject of Nuclear Medicine in several technical schools. 

Her interest in scientific study has led her to participate in international congresses in the field of Nuclear Medicine, keeping up to date with the most recent advances in her specialty. She has also contributed to the publication of scientific articles on topics such as peritoneal scintigraphy in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis
