Raquel Coronado Robles is a Pediatric Nurse who, from the beginning of her career, was interested in the care and welfare of child patients and their families. From that disposition she was linked to the Pediatric Oncohematology Unit of the University Hospital Vall d'Hebron. Within that entity, hundreds of children and adolescents with malignant tumors have been under her care.  

At the same time, he delves into the use of new technologies for medical care, as he believes that these tools have the potential to transform the current healthcare system. For this reason, she has conducted academic research on how remote and real-time monitoring is very useful to face crises such as the one caused during the pandemic of the new coronavirus.
