Dr. Javier Arbizu Lostao, a specialist in Nuclear Medicine, is an expert in the use of PET and SPECT techniques and in Radionuclide therapeutics. After successfully taking responsibility in the area of PET and SPECT imaging in Neurology, Neuro-oncology and Endocrinology at the Navarra University Clinic, he has obtained the possibility of directing the Nuclear Medicine Service of the Navarra University Clinic.  

However, his professional career is not only limited to the medical field. He has participated as Main Researcher in projects related to PET imaging biomarkers for the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and neurodegenerative diseases with dementia. Through his activity in this and other fields of study, he has published hundreds of articles in scientific journals.
