Dr. Pablo Terol Alcayde has been interested in medicine and sports all his life, hence he focused his academic training on Sports Medicine, specializing in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology, becoming thanks to his expertise and successful development a reference in Shoulder Surgery at national and international level.  

Due to his involvement in the use of new methodologies and innovative techniques, he has actively participated in the evolution of Shoulder Medicine through collaborations with the scientific community and the most prestigious associations such as AEA, SECOT, among others. He has also helped to develop new orthopedic systems as a consultant for the leading brands in the sector such as Johnson & Johnson or Arthrex. Focusing his areas of excellence in the shoulder clinic and arthroscopic surgery with thousands of successful cases.

He has been one of the pioneers in Spain in performing Superior Capsular Reconstruction techniques in superior rotator cuff injuries, considered irreparable and has performed 35 successful interventions of IN SPACE subacromial spacers with local anesthesia in elderly people who do not tolerate total anesthesia.
