Since the beginning of his professional career, Dr. Andreu Porta Sánchez has focused his efforts in the field of Cardiology, especially in the area of Arrhythmias and Tachycardias. He has a PhD in Ventricular Tachycardias, as well as a 3-year stay at the University of Toronto to specialize in Arrhythmias. 

He has worked in several prestigious hospitals, such as the University Hospital QuirónSalud in Madrid and the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona, even leading the Arrhythmia Unit of the former. He also carries out research work at the CNIC, focusing his efforts on Molecular Cardiology.
