Dr. Sara Martínez López is a chemist with a PhD in Pharmacy, as well as a specialist in Genetics, Nutrition, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. After her formative stage, she has developed an outstanding professional career that has led her to occupy various prestigious positions as a Professor in her Area of Specialization and in different research laboratories in the Biomedical Area, participating in projects at national and international level. 

Her main lines of research are the Evaluation of Bioavailability and Health Effects of Bioactive Ingredients. She has participated in several projects and contracts with national and international companies. In addition, she is the author of multiple publications, several communications and papers presented at national and international conferences.
