Maria Carmen Serna Gonzalez specialized in Occupational Nursing with a wide domain on health surveillance and health care. She shows a great interest in Safety, Hygiene and Ergonomics, accessing higher education with the aim of obtaining a higher knowledge in this field. 

As a result of her good work, her effort and her commitment, she has been part of first level hospital centers, where she has performed nursing functions especially oriented to the field of care of professional workers, health promotion, management and planning and teaching.
