Roberto Gago Gutiérrez is a career civil servant of the Senior Health Professional Corps (Pharmacists), whose dedication and experience in the field of environmental health and chemical safety have made him stand out as an exemplary professional. As such, his professional career has been consolidated over the years, showing an unwavering commitment to the protection of Public Health and the environment

In this sense, he has played key roles in various institutions, being his most outstanding work as Head of the Physical and Chemical Risk Assessment Section in the Environmental Health Service of the Castilla and León Regional Government. In this position, he has demonstrated his ability to organize work, establish inter-institutional relationships and contribute to the development of regulations in critical areas for Public Health

In fact, his experience in Public Administration has included regional coordination of European inspection programs, as well as the administration of the Alert Network in the Rapid Information Exchange System for Chemical Products (SIRIPQ). In addition, he has been responsible for the development of instructions, protocols and working methodologies for health inspection in the areas of chemical safety and biocides, showing a proactive approach to risk prevention

Likewise, Roberto Gago Gutiérrez has defended administrative simplification and the adaptation of procedures according to current legislation, as well as the implementation of electronic processing to improve efficiency in administrative management. Additionally, his commitment to health protection has been manifested through his participation in health impact assessment and environmental impact assessment procedures, thus guaranteeing the integrity of both citizens and the natural environment.
