Juanjo Zabala has a Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, a Diploma in Teaching and a Master's Degree in Economic Management of Sports Entities.  

He has worked as a teacher in the area of rehabilitation and Director of various centers specializing in water sports.  

At the same time, he combines his work as Head of Talent Management in a Private Foundation with University Teaching in postgraduate programs in his professional field.
