Dr. José Luis Tovilla Canales is an Ophthalmologist specialized in Eyelid, Lacrimal and Orbital Surgery. He has a wide and extensive experience in the area of Oculoplastics, working in international reference clinics such as Centro Ocular Roma. In addition, he has held prestigious positions, such as Head of the Department of Ocular Surgery or President of the Mexican and Pan-American Society of Oculoplasty.

During his more than two decades of continuous activity, he has combined clinical activity with research and dissemination, participating in more than 400 conferences and congresses, both national and international, and publishing dozens of book chapters and scientific papers of the highest level.
