Rosalba Mancinas-Chávez, PhD in Information Sciences, has oriented her professional career towards the world of research. In this sense, she has been part of several groups belonging to international universities. As a result, she has authored books analyzing the relationship between economics, politics and the media in Mexico or reviewing the history of communication in Chihuahua. In the same way, she has written numerous articles for scientific journals and her research excellence has led her to obtain the Chihuahua Journalism History Award.

He also has experience linked to the media, where his role in radio stands out, having created several programs with different themes. In addition, her vocation for teaching has allowed her to teach in university studies.
