Beatriz Ibáñez Sala's commitment to sports has made her one of the main figures responsible for promoting the development of women's rugby in the Balearic Islands. From her tireless work as a physical trainer, she has helped several clubs in obtaining federal licenses.  

She is also responsible for the creation and opening of the Complex Esportiu Radsport Son Servera and has collaborated in the coordination and organization of various projects and initiatives in schools to raise awareness of the potential of Rugby. At the same time, she has served as coach of this sport for the Balearic Rugby Federation and as coach of several teams.
