Passionate about the connection between science and business, Magalí Palau Rodríguez, Doctor in Pharmacy, has extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. Specialized in Food Research and Development, she combines her contributions as an expert with her work in the area of Marketing and Market Trend Analysis. 

During her career, she has specialized in various fields of scientific research and project management, focusing mainly on data analysis and research in critical areas such as Metabolomics and the study of diseases such as Obesity and Diabetes. In addition to her work in research, she has led and managed initiatives at European level, highlighting among her achievements her participation in recognized projects such as EIT Health and H2020 JPI. She has been actively involved in scientific dissemination activities worldwide, including the publication of several articles in the National Library of Medicine in the USA.
