Participating in various research projects and trials at both national and European level, Dr. María Elena Mateos González has developed her professional career around the Specialty of Pediatric Surgery.

In fact, she has focused her clinical practice in the field of Pediatric Oncology, being Coordinator of this unit at the University Hospital Reina Sofia.
