With a keen interest in the administration of the areas and the hospital centers themselves, nurse Solanger Hernández Méndez has focused her professional career on the world of healthcare management. After working as a nurse in several hospitals and primary care centers, she obtained the necessary skills to become supervisor of Internal Medicine at the Rafael Méndez Hospital.  

Thanks to her eagerness to progress professionally, she was able to access the position of supervisor of the Quality and Research Area in the Murcian Health Service. Her duties in this position include the evaluation and implementation of measures to improve patient safety and raise the level of care provided. On the other hand, she has also taught in postgraduate programs related to Quality Management in health institutions.
