Eduardo Espinosa Víctor, PhD in Biosciences and Agroalimentary Sciences, has oriented his professional career towards the world of research. His line of study, fundamentally, emphasizes the reuse of agro-industrial wastes or by-products through the development of biorefinery processes of lignocellulosic materials to obtain high added value products. As a result of this activity, he has authored dozens of scientific articles and has been a speaker at dozens of international congresses related to this field.
Likewise, he has always had a great interest in teaching and has taught in university courses related to Biochemical Engineering. He is also part of the teaching team of Ainia Learning, a platform that offers courses, conferences and seminars related to the food industry.
