Dr. María Serna Gandía is a specialist in the area of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation. She has a wide and extensive experience in clinical practice related to Critical Care, in addition to that, thanks to her exhaustive and constant training, she has managed to become an expert in the management of various diagnostic imaging tests such as Ultrasonography and Ultrasound. For this reason, she has collaborated in various organizations in the direction of courses and congresses focused on this field.  

He has also worked in the drafting of scientific articles, focusing, among other topics, on Supportive Therapies in Severe Sepsis, the use of different techniques of Anesthesia in the critically ill patient and the use of Echocardiography as a reference test in non-invasive diagnosis.
