Alberto Prats Galino is a Doctor in Medicine and Surgery, specialized in Surgical Neuroanatomy, area in which he works directly for the research of the Human Anatomy and Embryology Unit from where he has developed important studies with special attention in Clinical Neurophysiology, as well as the Research Group of Clinical Neurophysiology, Clinical and Experimental Neurosciences of the Institute of Biomedical Research August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS). 

His research projects are directed towards Surgical Anatomy, Neuroimaging and Computer Simulation, and among the most recent publications published in the main national and international indexed journals, the anatomical study with relevant quantitative analysis on the definition of the lateral limits of the endoscopic Transtuberculum transplanum endonasal endoscopic approach stands out. Which are a reference in the medical field for health professionals.
