Doctor in Health Sciences in the field of pharmaceutics, Mr. Francisco Les Parellada, is a teacher and researcher specialized in the study of plant extracts and active principles of plant origin of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and agri-food interest.

Member of the research group Principios Vegetales Bioactivos (PVBA), he has published more than 40 articles and specialized works in different scientific publications on plant extracts and active principles of plant origin of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and agri-food interest.

He has also participated in national and international congresses on pharmacy, phytotherapy, physiology, diabetes and obesity, among others.
