With more than 35 years of experience, Dr. Benjamín Cortés Margallo has extensive experience as a lawyer specializing in Civil Law, Administrative and Social Litigation and is Managing Partner of the law firm Cortés Margallo Abogados, in its offices in Madrid and Cáceres.

He has served in various positions throughout his career as a Family Business Lawyer, National Legal Advisor of ASEXTRA (Traffic Officials of the DGT), External Legal Advisor of ALCER, Federation of Education Workers (FETE-UGT Extremadura) and sports federations of Extremadura. He has also been Legal Advisor to companies in environmental legislation and in another facet Deputy of the Governing Board. 

Likewise, in accordance with his remarkable experience in the field of Law, he has been able to work as a Professor of postgraduate studies related to Law and Veterinary Experts. He is also a member of the Cáceres and Madrid Bar Associations, the Civil Liability and Insurance Association and the Sports Law Association.
