Dr. Ana Concheiro Guisán is a specialist in Neonatology with a special dedication and commitment to teaching and research. These areas have allowed her to rise to a position of responsibility in the Pediatrics Service of the Álvaro Cunqueiro Hospital in Vigo and at the same time to coordinate the Rare Diseases and Pediatric Medicine Group of the Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Galicia Sur (IISGS). 

Her deep knowledge in these fields is conveyed with great enthusiasm in the sessions she gives in higher academic institutions to future medical professionals, as well as to all those specialists who seek to update their knowledge.
