This is attested by the Best in Class award granted by the Gaceta Médica and the Chair of Innovation and Health Management of the Rey Juan Carlos Univeristy, which awarded the Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgery Service of the University Hospital of Salamanca, which he directs. 

The great management carried out in this unit has allowed him to become a reference in this field, not only in the improvement of management, but also in obtaining positive results in the approach of Orthopedic Pathologies in children. 

With a degree in Medicine, the vocation for this specialty led Blanco Blanco Blanco to direct his professional career towards the care of patients requiring Orthopedic-Chirurgical Treatments and Interventions, but also led him to focus his doctoral thesis on the biomechanical and clinical study of a femoral stem with dihedral support in uncemented total hip prosthesis.
