Dr. Elda Baigorri Ruiz is a Nurse Specialized in different areas of health care.

She graduated as a Doctor in Nursing and Health Care at the Complutense University of Madrid, while working at the San Carlos Clinical Hospital where she has evolved professionally to the position of Area Supervisor of Material Resources in that institution.

In addition, her training has been continuous, accumulating two masters in Health Management and Planning, as well as in Emergency and Critical Care in Nursing, the latter being her area of special interest, so she has promoted some studies and publications for new professionals.
