César Rico Beltrán is a Nurse who has developed the vast majority of his professional career linked to Emergency Health Care. During his years of experience, he has undertaken his work with maximum efficiency in the General University Hospital of Elche, with the firm commitment to provide the best nursing care to help the patient out of a critical situation and minimize their sequelae.  

His skills in coordination and his taste for the scientific field have endorsed him to be the President of the Organizing Committee of the National Congress of the Spanish Society of Emergency Nursing. In addition, he has written articles such as Communication and Continuity of Care and Educational Anthropology of Nursing Care, both published in scientific journals.
