With international training in various American and European centers, Dr. Gloria Ortega Perez has dedicated her professional career to the field of General and Digestive Surgery, with special attention to the specialties of Gastrointestinal Oncological Surgery, Molecular Oncology, Digestive Tumors and Peritoneal Oncology.

She is a member of the Digestive Tumors and Peritoneal Oncology Unit at MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid, where she has also participated in clinical trials related to hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy. She is also co-author of numerous scientific publications dedicated especially to radiotherapeutic techniques and the field of Digestive Oncology.
