Dr. Ángela Morales Cerchiaro is a distinguished professional in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics with special dedication to the monographic consultation for oncology patients. It is precisely in this field that she has also focused as a researcher, directing several lines of study which have resulted in dozens of scientific articles, collaborations in projects and her own doctoral thesis. 

She has a vast academic and professional curriculum, which includes a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and Applied Dietetics, as well as more than twenty programs focused on the same area. In addition, she has collaborated as an expert in centers such as the HM Montepríncipe Hospital or the ONCARE Center. She is also a theoretical and practical teacher in several undergraduate and postgraduate university programs, an activity that she complements with lectures in national and international journals related to nutrition and dietary planning.
